We're Atlantic Coast Marine Inc, and we've been a boat sales and repair service here in Jacksonville, FL, since 2006. We believe in excellent service, offering boat sales, service, and accessories. We started this business to provide the community with boat sales and service. We're looking forward to growing our business to continue to serve Jacksonville and the surrounding communities. We'd like to personally invite you to stop in today to find a new or pre-owned boat, repair and service, and accessories and electronics installation. This review looks at the entire operation with admiration. Before purchasing my used Shearwater 2200X, I owned four boats with Mercury engines. Unfortunately, ACM does not service Mercury engines. ACM has changed the way I view boat maintenance operations. My first meeting was to get a lower unit and prop repaired. I delivered the components and picked them up a week later. They looked new. While there, I met who I believe is their lead mechanic, who helped me find a bushing for the propeller installation. They have an expanded stock of Yamaha parts, so I picked up plugs, a fuel filter, and a tab to tune up my engine. The people there, without exception, are kind, knowledgeable, and willing to help. My latest request was for a part that attaches the harness to the cowling. At the parts counter, Erika deciphered my description of the “plastic coupling thing that connects the harness to the engine cowling,” turned it into a part number, and produced the part. I thought it would be a special order item, but I was wrong. That would have never happened with my previous maintenance providers. Yes, there were several because I could never find one that seemed to meet schedules or expectations. This operation sets the gold standard for how boat sales and service should operate. I have had the good fortune to meet with the office staff, the counter staff, and the mechanics. Each has provided superior service and shown a genuine interest in solving my problems. After all, isn’t that what service is all about? Knowledgeable people help the less knowledgeable, like me, solve their boating problems. I give Atlantic Coast Marine a well-deserved five-star rating; nobody sets the bar higher. My latest issue is engine related and they have made arrangements to get my boat in next week. The service is simply, exceptional.
